About

I help creative entrepreneurs move beyond local referrals.

I’ve spent the last twelve years in the creative industry.

The story

Local work can keep you busy. International positioning gives you leverage.

I know what it means to depend on local referrals. The random calls. The slow months. The feast-or-famine cycle. I’ve lived it myself while building Ossicone Studio.

The turning point came on a live-action set in November 2024, in a cold field, washing tomatoes in freezing water because “that’s just how production works.”

That moment made something clear: I didn’t want to take projects just because there was money in them. I wanted better problems, better clients, and a clearer reason to be in the room.

Later, Michelle, my wife, heard me repeat the same idea again and again: good creative businesses do not start with services. They start with system thinking, positioning, a specific problem, and a clear reason to be chosen.

She told me: “Then teach it.”

I teach because I want other creative firm owners to see the mistakes I made inside the studio sooner than I did.

Now I help creative entrepreneurs in emerging markets move beyond local referrals and think internationally.
