These Terms of Service apply to this website, insights, newsletter, workshops, cohort programs, and related communications offered by Anatoly Reabov, based at 64 Stefan cel Mare Blvd., Chisinau, Moldova.

Website and insights

The website and insights are provided for general business education and information. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply the material to your own studio, market, and client relationships.

Workshops and cohorts

Workshops and cohorts are training experiences for creative studios that want to improve international sales. Workshop and cohort details, dates, format, availability, and any fees are communicated on the relevant page or during enrollment.

A place in a workshop or cohort is confirmed only after written confirmation from me and completion of any required enrollment steps.

No guaranteed results

I provide training, frameworks, feedback, and practical guidance. I do not guarantee any specific client, revenue, deal, meeting, or commercial result. Outcomes depend on your studio, market, execution, offer, and other factors outside my control.

Payment and cancellation

If a workshop or cohort requires payment, the payment terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be stated before enrollment or agreed in writing. If no separate written terms are provided, enrollment may be moved, postponed, or cancelled if needed, with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Website content, insights, workshop materials, cohort materials, frameworks, and training materials are owned by Anatoly Reabov unless otherwise stated. You may use them internally for your own studio. You may not resell, publish, copy, or distribute them as your own without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, forms, newsletter, or materials. This includes attempting to disrupt the website, submitting spam, infringing intellectual property, or using materials in a misleading way.

Limitation of liability
